EXCHANGE POLICY

At Thrift Bazar, our customers are our first priority. Our customer care team will facilitate you on each step if you wish to exchange your purchased item. The help you need is just a click away!

Domestic Orders:

Valid Days of Exchange: Any article purchased online can be exchanged within 10 days once the article has been delivered, given that the customer has proof of purchase.

Proof of Purchase: This includes either a receipt or the online order confirmation email.

Conditions Qualified for Exchange: Articles are qualified for exchange only if they are unused and not washed, with all tags intact. Packing must be in its original condition and the original invoice must be present. A valid reason must also be provided, such as defective item, wrong size, or incorrect product.

Exchange Charges: In case of exchange, the customer will be charged delivery charges.

Process of Online Exchange: It usually takes 10–15 days to complete the online exchange process after verification. If customers are dissatisfied with the item or received the wrong size, they will be asked to drop off the item at a given location. However, if the item is defective or incorrect, it will be picked up from the customer’s doorstep with no delivery charges.

Note: Don't accept the parcel if it is damaged or has a broken seal. Thrift Imports will not be responsible for such exchanges.

RETURN POLICY

Thrift Bazar does not offer a return policy. However, we can guide you in requesting an exchange for your article. Please refer to the above-mentioned Exchange Policy for this.

Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided in cash. The client will be issued a coupon of the product value valid for the online store only, which can be used immediately or in the future.
